5th week
Still a little sore from the long run on Saturday.
The weeks are somewhat getting tougher. Not only do I have to run a mile more in the weekend, I'll have to run a mile more today as well.
tue: 3 miles
wed: 5 miles
thur: 3 miles
sat: 10 miles
The 3 easy miles yesterday went fine. I still was a little sore from saturday, but it went ok.
